Home sweet home ...

Okay, I'm not back home yet. I'm still in Nashville, but it's feelin' like home. A majority of the people down here are super personable and my producer Rick, has made us feel at home in the studio. We've made bigtime progress. I laid most of the background vocals yesterday and today. Things are sounding so cool. There was a guest appearance in the studio today , that did a little recording of her own ... I guess you'll find out The Rest on that guest appearance when the CD goes on sale. If you're interested in a preview of what to expect on, "No Pain, No Gain", I'll be doing a couple of songs off the CD on June 14th at the Colgate Country Showdown in Effingham , Il. After recording today, we had supper at The Aquarium. If you've never been , you must go, the next time you visit Nashville . It was a little pricey, but well worth it . They've got huge salt water aquariums that go from the floor to the ceiling , that have sharks , stingray, all kinds of fish. It was really cool, and the food and service was great. Then, we were off to Opry Mills mall, where we spent the remainder of our day. Settling in at the hotel for the evening . thinkin' bout tomorrow. In the home stretch now , I should have the rest of the background vocals I'm laying down for the CD done tomorrow . We head back home Saturday . Hope all is well with you. God Bless Chris
