Settling for a slowdown....

As the song says, we are slowing down a bit ,with just a couple of bookings in November and a couple in December. It's been quite a while since I've written. Sorry, my priorities have been a bit screwed up, with post season Cardinal baseball thrown in the mix. Speaking of CARDS WIN THE WORLD SERIES!!!! As if you hadn't heard.
The Mclean County Opry show was a blast . I was a little disheartened that nobody dressed in a costume for the halloween show. I had planned on dressing up, then decided not to after seeing I would be among the minority in costume. Thanks to all who came out, it really was fun.
My final outdoor show of the year was last night. Thanks to all of you who came out and made my concert series at Eckert's such a success. To all of you first timers that caught my show , it was nice seeing ya.
Thanks to any of you that prayed for baby RJ . God answered bigtime. He came through the open heart surgery and recovery fine.
Congrats to my Uncle Fred and his new wife Tracy. They wed on Friday night. I mentioned a slowdown in my schedule, you know I'd be quite content doing shows every weekend, but Christmas season is creeping up on us. I'll have to take advantage of some downtime, and start shopping.
